The High Court Bar Association has highlighted the vacancy issue and the difficulty of handling the court’s workload with the reduced judicial strength. Recent reports put the pending case load at around 1.7 lakh. The situation could become more difficult in November, with Chief Justice Harish Tandon and Justice Chittaranjan Dash scheduled to retire. If no fresh appointments are made before then, the working strength could fall to 13 judges—below 40% of the sanctioned strength. #OdishaHighCourt #OrissaHighCourt #JudgeVacancy #OdishaNews #Judiciary #Cuttack #HighCourt #Odisha #KanakNews #HighCourt Odisha High Court judge shortage, Odisha High Court vacancy, Orissa High Court latest news, Odisha High Court 15 judges, 33 judges Odisha High Court, Odisha High Court judge vacancies, judge shortage in Odisha High Court, Odisha judiciary latest news, Cuttack High Court news today, Odisha High Court pending cases, two judges retiring November Odisha, Odisha High Court November retirement, Orissa High Court judge appointment, Odisha High Court latest update, High Court vacancies Odisha, Kanak News is Odisha's leading 24x7 news and current affairs TV channel from Eastern Media Limited.
