Light & Lively exercise with Cindy and Gladys

Join Cindy and Gladys for Light & Lively exercise for all ages. Cindy will demonstrate the full movements, and Gladys will be demonstrating a slightly modified version. Due to some technical glitches, we are missing the very beginning, but feel free to join in with them. Only do what you are able, and feel free to modify where needed. Stay healthy and stay strong!
