The Wahoo Bite is ALWAYS on at Venice!

While many people think of Venice as the tuna capital of the world, it is actually a diverse fishery that allows you to target many other species. If you do not want to make the run to the floating oil platforms, you can instead target the "inshore" gas platforms for wahoo! These fish congregate around 200-700 feet of water and typically bite artificial lures much more consistently than tuna.
