September 20, 2025 - Millville Fire Company, Delaware Rural Water Drill At the start of these drills, the instructors allow the participating departments to set up the operation as they would on the scene of the incident. Throughout the drill, equipment is added or subtracted to see what all works and what doesn't work so well. The two ultimate goals is to get the maximum flow rate possible and to learn from the drill so when you are faced with this type of operation at an incident, you are ready to handle the task.
