Crowing Pains in Esperanto (La Korvedoj)

Alex Miller explains how you can remember the Esperanto names of each member of the crow family (korvedoj/corvidae) including the crow, raven, carrion crow, chough, rook, jackdaw, magpie, nutcracker, and jay. Their Esperanto names are korvo, korako, korniko, pirokorako, frugilego, monedo, pigo, nucifrago, and garolo. Three translated forms of "to carve" are also discussed: ĉizi, skulpti, and distranĉi.
