Cannabis and Cardiovascular Health

On March 24 at 4pm pacific, Timothy Byars (President, Chief Education Officer) discussed cannabis and cardiovascular disease. Timothy discussed the August 2020 statement issued by the American Heart Association and reviewed the cardiovascular effects of smoking cannabis and ingesting cannabis and cannabinoid products. Timothy reviewed the body of literature that explores cannabis and cardiovascular health and discussed whether there exist any cardiovascular benefits of using cannabis.
