What is this Weird Pointy Thing on Top of a Yorkshire Hill?

I went to climb Stoodley Pike which sits near Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, in West Yorkshire. The monument on top has been standing since 1856, and was built to commemorate the Crimean war. It is a really nice walk to do from either of those towns, and the 360 degree views from the top are just incredible. #yorkshire #hebdenbridge #hiking #adventure #todmorden #stoodleypike #running #explore
