Today, we’re closing out Guest Hostapalooza aka Sandwiches of History Vacation Edition episodes with a guy you might be familiar with, Duff Goldman. Sure, his business, Charm City Cakes, was featured on the ‪@foodnetworks‬ “Ace of Cakes” and he continues to be a judge on baking shows on the network. But he also graduated from Culinary Institute of America Greystone in Napa going on to work at restaurants such as The French Laundry, the Vail Cascade Hotel, as well as Olives. He’s written no less than four cookbooks - Ace of Cakes: Inside the World of Charm City Cakes, Duff Bakes: Think and Bake Like a Pro at Home, Super Good Baking for Kids, and Super Good Baking for Kids.
