Irish Spice Bag Ice Cream on Barry Is Cooking Again

So, over on Instagram and TikTok, I have yet another food-based account called Ice Cream O’Clock where I make sweet savory ice cream combos. Rather than make another YouTube channel in addition to ‪@InTheChipswithBarry‬ and ‪@SandwichesofHistory‬, I’ve decided to share the ice cream creations here. Hope you enjoy ‘em. Back in July, I was fortunate to be able to do my Sandwiches of History: LIVE! show in Dublin. While there I was introduced to the Irish Spice Bag. A specialty of Chinese restaurants there, the bag contains fried boneless chicken tenders and french fires (chips, if you will) tossed a blend Chinese seasonings, onions, and peppers.
