The Fox River Trolley Museum South Elgin

We are in South Elgin, IL and we are riding in a vintage trolley! The Fox River Trolley Museum has an awesome collection of trolley cars! Their track dates back to 1896 when they used to run passenger service from Aurora to Elgin. Later, after it suspended passenger service, the line delivered coal to the Elgin Hospital. After the Elgin Hospital stopped using coal, the museum was born! Recently, the museum was victim to terrible vandalism and has a Go Fund Me to help repair the damage! https://www.gofundme.com/fox-river-tr... Parking: They have a designed lot. Worth a Visit: YES!
