WILD LADAKH | Why a Snow Leopard Mother Stood Against Five Wolves | Wildlife Documentary

Wildlife | Animal World — Wild AZ – wildlife stories from A to Z. In this wildlife documentary, a snow leopard mother in Ladakh, India, does the one thing snow leopards almost never do: she stands her ground against a pack of five Himalayan wolves to protect her two cubs. Fourteen thousand feet up in the Himalayas, Dolma has spent her life staying invisible. But an early winter pushes the blue sheep down the valley, straight into the territory of the Rumbak wolf pack. Three weeks without a kill, a failed raid on a village corral, and wolf tracks circling her cave lead to one dawn on a narrow cliff ledge where everything changes. ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Five Wolves, One Snow Leopard 0:44 The Ghost of the Mountains 4:10 The Cliff Hunt 6:57 Early Winter and the Rumbak Wolf Pack 11:08 Hunger 14:53 The Ledge: Snow Leopard vs Wolf Pack 18:36 The Final Hunt 19:42 Spring 🎬 Watch next on Wild AZ: ▶ Wild Mustangs: One Year With America's Last Free Horses    • Wild Mustangs One Year With America's Last...   ▶ WILD MAASAI MARA | Five Cheetah Cubs, and the Plains Where 9 in 10 Die    • WILD MAASAI MARA | Five Cheetah Cubs, and ...   ▶ WILD YELLOWSTONE | Wolves Starving in a Valley Full of Elk    • WILD YELLOWSTONE | Wolves Starving in a Va...   🔔 Subscribe to Wild AZ for 3 new wildlife documentaries every week – Wildlife and Animal World stories from A to Z:    / @wild_az   💬 Where in the world are you watching from tonight?
