Gen Katumba Wamala commissions Gulu roads

The Minister of Works Gen Katumba Wamala has commissioned roads in Gulu municipality, funded through a grant from the Japan International Cooperation Agency. He said Uganda’s priority is in building infrastructural networks that link it to the region.
