CNQ Podcast - Darold Londo

In this episode of Courage Never Quits we talk to Darold Londo, whose journey has taken him from Army football and aviation to corporate law, telecommunications, casino management, and real estate development. Growing up in northern Wisconsin, Daryl initially had his sights set on the Air Force Academy until a conversation with his great-grandmother changed his course. At West Point, he walked onto the Army football team alongside Doug Pavick, survived a serious injury during his plebe year, and became part of the Army football program's resurgence under Coach Jim Young. After graduation, Daryl became an Army aviator, finishing first in his flight school class and serving in Korea along the DMZ before moving to the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum. His transition to civilian life took him through law school at the University of Wisconsin, corporate law, telecommunications leadership, and eventually a 15-year career with Harrah's and Caesars Entertainment. Along the way, he managed major casino properties employing thousands of people and developed his own leadership framework, the Five Ps, or “Strands of Value.”
