CNQ Podcast - Chris Marsh

In this episode we hear from Christopher Marsh. "Marshy" did not graduate with the class, but he is still in close touch with friends from the Academy. Marshy reflects on his time at West Point, including the events that led to his departure from the Academy and the hard-earned lessons in humility, judgment, and self-awareness that followed. Rather than defining him, those experiences became the foundation for an extraordinary career that spanned investment banking, Hollywood, international film distribution, and ultimately the U.S. Department of State. The conversation travels from Columbia University and Wall Street to Lucasfilm, Warner Brothers, Disney, and WWE. Along the way, Marshy shares stories about working on Star Wars, The Matrix, Pirates of the Caribbean, Marvel films, and major international entertainment events. He also discusses the mentors who challenged him, the importance of knowing when to walk away from success, and the value of leaving yourself options in life.
