I Came Back After 20 Years to Find My Sister Tsunade Drowning in Debt, So I Bought Every Casino

“If the great Tsunade can’t pay, her little doctor can work it off.” Retsu Senju comes home after twenty years with three trading ships, a coat that cost more than his first house, and a speech about why he took so long. He finds his sister under a red lantern, crushing a debt collector’s ring in her fist, while a stranger explains what Shizune is worth. The speech can wait. There’s a medicine box on the table that the collector wants to take. That morning, Retsu turned down a chance to buy this casino. By the afternoon, he has bought it, along with every other gambling house on the street. Paying one collector would only send the next seven knocking. “You bought a whole street because you didn’t know how to apologize.” “Possibly.” But this isn’t a story where money solves everything. Tsunade doesn’t want an apology bought with a bank draft. “Don’t tell yourself you found an innocent girl robbed by a bad man.” She still loses at dice. And the casino owner who sold him the street turns around and uses Retsu’s own money to buy the loan on his ships. 🎲 What follows: 🐎 A runaway wagon loaded with stolen pledges heading for the river, stopped at the last moment by a heel driven through the paving stones 🗡️ A swordsman in an ochre scarf who is much faster than an old merchant ☠️ A poisoned medicine sample made to look like it came from Retsu’s own cargo 🫖 A sister who orders her brother to bed, plans his whole day, and refuses to be pitied 🌊 And twenty years of silence that no amount of money can buy back 🏯 Who’s at the table: 🍶 Tsunade: a legendary medic, a terrible gambler, and still sharp enough to collect a fee “with the front door involved” 🩺 Shizune: the young doctor holding onto the medicine box, with Tonton the pig, who “understands business” 📋 Aya: the cashier with ink on her thumb, now running eight casinos for the afternoon 💍 Gendo: the casino owner with a red ring, who always makes time for money 💬 Your turn: if you came home with a fortune after twenty years away, what would you buy first, and what could no amount of money fix? 👇 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you don’t miss the next chapter. 📖 This is an unofficial fan-made story inspired by Naruto.
