Nepal Flash Floods: Dozens Dead, Over 100 Indians Missing | UP, Bihar On High Alert

A catastrophic flash flood triggered on the Tibetan side of the border has devastated northern Nepal, leaving at least 16 dead and hundreds missing. The Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers surged through Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts, destroying Timure Bazaar and washing away critical infrastructure, including the Friendship Bridge.  According to the Nepal Tourism Board, around 105 Indian nationals and pilgrims are among the missing travelers in the affected region.
