Salt and Light | Day 14 | Midnight Prayer | Minister Melinda Douglass 📱

Salt and Light | Day 14 | Midnight Prayer | Minister Melinda Douglass Scripture(s): Matthew 5:13-16 KJV Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Prayer: My Father in Heaven, in Matthew chapter 5 you have called me to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. And salt without flavour and light that does not shine, becomes useless in one's hands. Abba, I desire to be an instrument in your hands. I recognize that you are my source and it is you alone who empowers me to be effective for your kingdom. As I grow as your disciple, help me to abide in you, that I may accomplish all that you have purposed for me. In Jesus Name, Amen.
