fire emblem: path of radiance- chapter 4: roadside battle- difficult mode

Soren is a really polarizing character; some think he is ultra powerful, some think he is terrible. Count me among the former, I LOVE soren. His speed and skill are magnificent, a much needed compliment to his incredible magic and resistance, and especially once he gets fairly on in levels he is a force to be reckoned with, devastating enemies, doing just as much damage with the weakest tomes as other characters have to do with stronger tomes. he's a prime character for a few stat boosters, primarily in strength and defense, perhaps HP; all it takes is a little bit of extra boost in those stats and his speed and dodging, and survivability, are helped immensely. he's around for a long time; put him to good use, raise him up alongside your army as best you can. this chapter is one you want to play defensively, especially when you are surrounded by a bajillion enemies at the start. use the formation i created at the start and only start to break it once all the people coming after you at the start have either been knocked out or have fled far enough on their quest healing that you can safely pull more enemies. titania and shinon are practically necessary to use in this battle, because you really need to thin out these enemies somehow, and even your strong unpromoted characters like Gatrie and Ike will simply not do enough, fast enough, well enough, to make up for a lack of your prepromotes. still not a terribly hard chapter with the basic principals demonstrated by how i went about playing it in the video.
