Sit at His Feet | Mary & Martha In the story of Mary and Martha (Luke 10:38–42), Jesus teaches us about priorities. Martha was busy doing good and necessary work, but Mary chose first to sit at the feet of Jesus. Before the work, sit with God. Before the rushing, be still in His presence. Let Him quiet the worries, anxieties and endless thoughts in your mind. When we get our priorities right—God first, then the work—our work becomes more fruitful because it flows from His presence rather than our anxiety. “Mary has chosen the better part.” — Luke 10:42 #SitAtHisFeet #MaryAndMartha #CatholicFaith #Prayer #BeStill #ChristianLiving #DrMiriamLaker ##calledandsent
