Sunday, August 30 — Start the New Week With God Tonight | Night Prayer for Hope & Strength 🌙🙏 Sunday night carries a weight that no other night carries. The week behind you is finished, and nothing you do can change a single hour of it. The week ahead has not begun, and nothing you do can see a single hour of it. And somewhere in that narrow space between what is already over and what has not yet started, the heart grows quietly heavy. Tonight, the new week does not have to begin with an alarm clock. It can begin here, with a prayer, before a single hour of it has been lived. Because you are not walking into this week alone — and you are not walking into it first. He has already gone ahead of you. "His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." — Lamentations 3:22-23 "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." — Romans 15:13 🙏 In this night prayer you will be reminded that: ✨ Monday is not a mystery to God — He is already standing in it, and in every hour you cannot yet see ✨ You do not have to drag the failures of one week into the next; He carried them as far as the east is from the west ✨ His strength is not something you manufacture — it is something He supplies ✨ Grace never arrives early. He built it into the very shape of a week, because He knew we would try to live without it ✨ His love for you this week is not based on your performance — it was settled at the cross before Monday began ✨ You only need light for the next step, not for the whole road Then we lay down, one at a time, everything the week that ended is still holding — the regrets, the unfinished work, the conversations that went wrong — and we place Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday into His hands before they arrive.
