BEFORE GOD PROMOTES YOU, HE PREPARES YOU IN PRIVATE | Apostle Joshua Selman

Before God promotes you publicly, He often prepares you privately. In this powerful message, Apostle Joshua Selman reveals why hidden seasons, delays, quiet preparation, character building, spiritual growth, and capacity development are often part of God’s process before elevation. Many people desire visibility, influence, increase, and promotion, but God is more interested in building the person who can sustain what He is about to release. Your private season is not necessarily punishment. It may be preparation. David was prepared in the wilderness before the palace. Joseph passed through the pit and prison before leadership. Moses spent years in obscurity before confronting Pharaoh. There are seasons when God will allow you to serve quietly, learn deeply, grow spiritually, develop competence, overcome pride, build character, and become stronger before He introduces you to the platform prepared for you. Do not despise the season when nobody seems to notice you. God can be working deeply in you even when nothing appears to be happening around you. In this message, you will learn: • Why God prepares people before promoting them • The purpose of hidden and private seasons • Why character must grow before influence • How God builds capacity for greater responsibility • Why you must not rush your season of preparation • The importance of starting small and remaining faithful • How private battles prepare you for public victories • Why premature visibility can destroy an unprepared person • How to recognize when God is developing you for your next level • Why your current season may be connected to your future assignment If you are currently in a season where you feel hidden, overlooked, delayed, or forgotten, this message is for you. Remain faithful. Keep praying. Keep learning. Keep building. Keep developing yourself. Keep serving. When God's preparation is complete, the same people who did not recognize you in your hidden season may eventually witness what God has built through you. Your wilderness is not your final destination. Your preparation season has a purpose. BEFORE GOD PROMOTES YOU, HE PREPARES YOU IN PRIVATE. Watch until the end, pray along, and allow God to prepare you for everything He has ordained for your life.
