We're officially calling Jimmie's Restaurant the oldest new wing joint in Connecticut. Though it's been a Seymour local institution for 65 years, Jimmie's just became a wing player when fourth-generation owner, Chris Caruso took over the reigns, added wings to an amazing menu, and then created 20 flavors! And the place went from being open for lunch daily and dinner on Fridays to open 7 days a week! What could be better? Wings up!
