I open today's episode with the notes from last time: two T5 heaters built, a water life collector waiting on 87 ppm of oxygen, and a to-do list of four jobs I never finished — ore extractors, more heaters, T5 drills, and an autocrafter for every rod. Since super alloy rods are the bottleneck behind almost everything, I take the rover out to the three locations I still haven't covered: the obsidian field, the osmium cluster, and the zeolite deposit. Along the way the usual rover bugs show up (it won't turn, it won't go forward), and I finally pick up the golden chest a viewer pointed me to weeks ago. Then I reach a wall of ice I marked back in an earlier episode because it looked blocked, and it has finally opened into what looks like a Stargate-style passage and a temple with strange blue objects inside — a discovery I decide is worth its own episode later. But before that, the tooltip on this exact ice wall stops me cold: it says it should have melted at 120 GTI, and I've been sitting at 220 for a long time.
