ABOUT SG HULETT MINISTRIES SG Hulett Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry dedicated to helping adults with intellectual disabilities learn God's Word, understand biblical truth, and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe adults with intellectual challenges have the ability to learn, understand Scripture, and grow spiritually. They may simply need to be taught differently. Through our Grace & Faith Adaptive Curriculum, we equip churches, pastors, disability ministry leaders, and everyday volunteers with practical resources for small-group adult discipleship. OUR APPROACH TO ADAPTIVE BIBLE TEACHING Bible teaching should be meaningful, accessible, and respectful of adult learners. Our teaching methods include simple explanations, familiar everyday objects, hands-on demonstrations, visual examples, active participation, and questions that help learners understand and remember what they have learned. We also emphasize reinforcement and retention, giving adult learners opportunities to revisit biblical truths and apply them to everyday life. We believe churches don't need elaborate equipment or large ministry teams to begin teaching adults with intellectual disabilities.
