See how calendar cards are made from start to finish. In this video, we prepare and print three different calendar designs, check the print quality, cut the full run on a programmed hydraulic paper cutter, and round all four corners on a corner-rounding machine. As usual, production doesn’t go completely according to plan — the cutter needs some attention, we replace the cutting stick, and one cut is accidentally missed in the program before finishing the full batch. The final step gives every card clean, perfectly rounded corners before the finished calendars are sorted by design.
