Reshaping a High School Basketball Program | Compete, Care, Grow

I'm starting my first season at a new high school basketball program in southern Maine. In this video, I share what I hope to build, the standards I want to establish, and the questions I'm still working through. Our three pillars are simple: We Compete. We Care. We Grow. I talk about combining high expectations with genuine relationships, helping players learn from mistakes, and staying consistent as a coaching staff. Winning matters to me, and so does the experience we provide and the skills our players carry beyond basketball. This is my 13th year coaching and my seventh at the varsity level. I'll be documenting what we're trying, how the season unfolds, and what I'm learning along the way. Subscribe if you'd like to follow along. #BasketballCoaching #TeamCulture #Leadership
