Just under 2,500 square feet, single-level, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, listed at $650,000. You're near the 202, the 101, and the 60, so most of the valley is reachable without a project. And you're close to the airport, which means concerts, games, and flights are all easy. So this sits somewhat above the middle of the market. What you're paying for is single-level square footage, a big private lot, and one of the most established communities in town.
