Amazon is planning to invest around $3 billion in India’s Quick Commerce business. This is part of Amazon’s broader investment plans in India, which include a total planned investment of around $48 billion by 2030. But why is Amazon putting such a huge amount of money into a market where Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart are already far ahead? In this video, we explain Amazon’s Quick Commerce strategy, Amazon Now, and why Amazon is trying to bring faster delivery to more customers in India. Amazon Now is focused on groceries and daily-use products that can be delivered in around 15–20 minutes. To make this possible, Amazon is expanding local fulfilment centres [nearby warehouses used to store products closer to customers], inventory systems and AI-powered software that can help predict what customers are likely to order. We also look at Amazon’s current position in India’s Quick Commerce market, its planned investment, the expansion of its fulfilment centres, and why Amazon doesn’t want customers to leave its platform whenever they need something immediately. The bigger question is whether Amazon can use its existing e-commerce business to compete with companies like Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. So, is Amazon’s $3 billion Quick Commerce bet a smart move? Watch the video to understand Amazon’s strategy and what it could mean for India’s rapidly growing Quick Commerce market. #Amazon #QuickCommerce #AmazonNow
