Sadowsky MetroExpress 24-Fret Vintage J/J | 6-String w. Morado Fretboard | Demo with Lars Lehmann

Lars Lehman demos the Sadowsky MetroExpress 24-Fret Vintage J/J 6-String, like he already knows the instrument will speak for itself. Filmed at the Sadowsky Germany workshop, this demo lingers on the details that matter: a roasted maple neck that feels worn-in from the first touch, a morado fretboard shaped with precision, and a tobacco sunburst finish that catches the light without asking for attention. The MetroExpress line has always balanced craftsmanship with accessibility, and here that balance extends into six-string territory without turning it into something intimidating. From passive clarity to active punch, the dual J-style pickups and onboard preamp open up a wide, usable range of tones, while the added low B and high C strings stretch the player’s reach without forcing a new identity. Lars keeps it grounded, moving through scales, chords, and grooves to show how the extra strings fit into real playing situations rather than abstract theory. It’s a bass that doesn’t try to redefine the role—it simply gives you more room to move inside it. 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you never miss an update!
