Nice RC Bronco OV 10 In California Firefighter Color Scheme Flying At Flight Show

The North American-Rockwell OV-10 Bronco was designed as a multi-role military aircraft, serving both light attack and reconnaissance missions. Many Broncos are still in service today, including in the civilian sector as firefighting aircraft. The RC plane from Hangar 9 shown here is based on this civilian variant. The wooden model features the CAL FIRE color scheme, similar to the aircraft used by the California Fire Department. The RC OV-10 Bronco is designed for use with standard 20 cc gasoline engines or comparable electric propulsion systems.
