Can I Beat Dark Souls at Level 1 Without Using Stamina?

Dark Souls 1 without using any stamina AND without levelling up. A Quite exhausting challenge "run" indeed. This means no roll and no sprint at soul level 1, which leaves you with only crossbows, pyromancies (but I'm excluding chaos firestorm and fire tempest), consumables and standard soul arrow as the only offensive sorcery given our mere 10 intelligence that we can't level up after all.
