How to develop fast double strokes on the bass drum (sliding motion / heel up)

In this video lesson I explain to you how I learned, teach and play fast doubles strokes on the bass drum with one foot. This technique is for heel-up-players (for louder musical situations). It´s based on a sliding motion. I show this technique very slowly and will divide it in two motions so that you can follow. I also will explain and demonstrate a few exercises which I got by Ralph Larmann (my first drum teacher from my hometown), Carmine Appice and Virgil Donati.
