Australia 1983 Cold Case SOLVED - Arrest Shocks Community

In July 1983, a family hiking in the Adelaide Hills found the body of a 15-year-old boy who had been missing for nearly two months. He had been kept alive, sedated, and assaulted before being killed and left beside a dirt airstrip. Forensic investigators pulled 925 fibres from his clothing. 250 of them matched a single house in suburban Adelaide. That evidence convicted one man. He went to prison, refused to name anyone else for 42 years, and died in a prison infirmary in December 2025 without ever saying a word about the four other young men investigators believe were killed by the same group.
