Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m a corporate office worker in my 30’s living with my husband and dog in the UK. This week I prepped three Japanese meals on Sunday in about an hour: roasted veggie and tofu soba, steamed chicken meatballs with tons of veggies, and curry karaage (fried chicken) for a Friday night treat. Weeknight cooking was down to 15 minutes each night.
