103 pounds of pumpkin-from pumpkin to powder

This is a labor of love every year & now that we can freeze dry it, it is so much easier to store! We process 80-100+ pounds of pumpkin a year for the furkids & they just love it! We love our ‪@harvestright‬ freeze dryer & we can’t wait to find lots more amazing things to freeze dry!! #offgrid #homestead #offgridnewmexico #offgridliving #newmexicobound #sustainableliving #tinyhouse #offgridlife #offgridinnewmexico #costcopumpkins
