One hour of a gentle 639 Hz solfeggio tone with soft rain, while two warm lights slowly circle each other on screen. Made as a calm background for relaxing, reflecting, journaling, or spending a quiet evening at home.
🎧 HOW TO LISTEN
• Speakers or headphones both work. This is a steady tone, not a binaural beat, so headphones aren't required.
• Keep the volume low, just above the edge of hearing. It's meant to sit quietly in the background.
• Pair it with a quiet activity like journaling, a warm drink, or a calm conversation. The soft rain helps cover background noise.
• Take a break or stop if the tone feels tiring or uncomfortable.
🔊 WHAT YOU'RE HEARING
A pure sine tone at exactly 639 Hz, softly layered with its sub-octave (319.5 Hz), fifth (958.5 Hz) and octave (1278 Hz) and a very slow 20-second swell in volume. Underneath is a soft, generated rain texture. The 639 Hz tone is always the strongest sound. All audio is generated, with no samples or copyrighted music. In solfeggio tradition, 639 Hz is traditionally associated with harmony, connection and relationships. Many listeners use it as a soft, peaceful soundtrack for reflection or relaxing with others.
ABOUT SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES
The "solfeggio frequencies" are a modern idea, not a documented ancient scale. Joseph Puleo reportedly worked out the original six numbers (396, 417, 528, 639, 741 and 852 Hz) from number patterns in the Bible's Book of Numbers, and they were popularized by the 1999 book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse by Leonard Horowitz and Joseph Puleo. Later writers added 174, 285 and 963 Hz. The name borrows from medieval solfège (ut, re, mi, fa, sol, la), which named the steps of a scale but never fixed them to specific frequencies.
