Welcome back to my house-building journey in Ghana! In Part 2 of the walkthrough, I take you around the house to look at some of the issues that have come up during construction. We discovered a water leak in the bathroom, as well as dampness and signs of moisture on some of the walls and the boundary fence wall. I’ll be keeping an eye on these issues and sharing how they are addressed as the building progresses. On the positive side, tiling has now begun! It’s exciting to finally see the interior starting to take shape and the house moving closer to completion.
