Meet Anthony He started 4Pillar Networks to help farmers get better training, access markets, and use tech that actually works for them. He also runs a 120-acre avocado farm (yep, avocados) where 21 young people have jobs, 8 of them are women. That’s not all—he supports 15 more farmers with training, good inputs, and extension services so they can grow more and earn better. With everything he’s built, over 8,000 jobs have been created, and the ripple effect? It’s worth about $45,000 to the local economy.
