Lindsay Clancy’s defense grilled a McLean Hospital psychiatrist over the thoroughness of her psychiatric evaluation, highlighting that doctors did not obtain records from several of her previous providers or conduct additional collateral interviews. The defense also questioned why McLean did not administer a postpartum depression screening, test medication levels or gather more information about Clancy’s severe insomnia, suicidal thoughts and recent medication changes.
