And somewhere along the way, it may find a little warmth, a little kindness, a quiet place to grow. ──────────────────── A SEED ON THE WIND began with my original Korean poem 〈연가〉. This is Version A of three different songs created from the same English lyrics. In this version, the poem travels through the warm, open landscape of Country Folk and Americana— acoustic guitar, the gentle voice of pedal steel, and the feeling of a long road beneath a quiet moon. At the center of the song is one small seed. The wind carries it without telling it where it is going. Across the darkness. Across the silence. Across places it has never known. Until somewhere, almost by chance, it finds a place to stay. Perhaps our hearts are sometimes carried through life in the same way. There are nights when we wander. Times when we miss something we cannot quite name. And then something reaches us— a gentle word, an unexpected kindness, the warmth of another life, or simply the feeling that we are no longer alone in the night. Not every trembling has to become love. Not every longing needs an answer. Sometimes it is enough to let the wind carry what we cannot explain. Let the moonlight fall. Let the road continue. Let the heart rest where it can. And if somewhere inside us a small seed begins to grow, let it grow.
