A. Barrios: Vals no. 2, «Junto a tu corazón»

Practice run of this gorgeous waltz by the inimitable Agustín Barrios Mangoré. I used a Røde VideoMic iPhone microphone to capture this audio, so it's not nearly as clean/high-fidelity as my home studio recordings, but this tiny mic works wonderfully for recording practice on the go like this, and easily fits in the storage compartment of my guitar case. This was recorded in the basement of the Ronald McDonald House Charities where my partner and I volunteer on the weekends. I've spent some quality hours practicing here this summer, so I thought it fitting to share a video of me serenading my aquatic friends behind me. Enjoy!
