GUITAR DUEL: Guo vs. Rafa, feat. Barrios’s Mazurka Appassionata

GUITAR SHOOTOUT: these two instruments are about as different as classical guitars get. The first is a 2017 Yulong Guo spruce double-top, luthier-made in China with all the bells and whistles. The second is my beloved 2003 Rafael Moreno Rodriguez cedar top (Rafa), made in Granada with traditional Spanish bracing and design. I've had the Rafa since 2007 (snr year of HS) and it's seen a lot. The excerpt is from Barrios's Mazurka Appassionata, a piece which puts guitars (and guitarists) through the paces. Same room, same mics, same exact placement and settings, and identical, minimal post-processing (some reverb). Lmk which sound you like better! Which one do you think costs more?
