Trip Report SAS CRJ 900, Trondheim ( TRD ) - Stavanger ( SVG )

Hi guys and welcome for the next leg of my journey southbound. After some hours here at Trondheim airport which I’ve used for some spotting I’ve now gotta be headed back for the airport to continue this trip. Got back to the airport a little early so I decided to get myself something at a burger restaurant and watch all the planes go and come by the window. And then it was time to head for my gate, for this next leg I’m traveling onboard with SAS and the aircraft taking be today was a 4.8 year old CRJ 900 Irish registered as EI-FPU. Which got the honor of taking me down for Stavanger Sola, and then I’ve only got a 25 minute connection after I got off the aircraft at Stavanger Airport. The flight itself was pretty great and comfortable, soft seats with okay legroom, and I got a small bag of chips and a soda from the airport in Trondheim that I enjoyed during this short hop. The aircraft that was originally assigned to fly me was coming in from Stavanger but then they decided to swap things around and the aircraft I flew with came in from Copenhagen instead so onboard we had a Danish crew and the safety demonstrations were only in Danish. At Stavanger we pulled up by gate 7 at the international terminal because the aircraft would soon be headed for Aberdeen. So I had to head by bus back over to the domestic terminal. As we were headed off the runway and taxiing for our gate at SVG the next aircraft I’ll be going came in and landed so hopefully I’ll reach the next gate in time because we had a slight delay of 8 minutes and originally it was supposed to be 45 minutes to transfer but when I got into the bus for the other terminal I had 25 minutes to transfer. The weather in Stavanger was a bit worse than in Trondheim, in Trondheim the weather was a bit gray in the sky and a nice temperature of maybe 20°C while in Stavanger it was raining a bit and the temperature was at maybe 15°C. But I still enjoyed this trip and the service was pretty great, and I’m excited about what my next journey will be bringing me.
