Stuffed zucchini - Italian country side landscape (ENGLISH)

In this video I brought my camera in my garden, in the typical Roman country side. We picked up some Roman type zucchini to get them stuffed with meat and other fresh products. The recipe is hell easy and is a good side for any occasion.
