Hot Taco Salad - Sunday Subscriber Series #59 - Such a Delicious Meal!

Hot Taco Salad 6 pounds hamburger 2 large onions, diced 1 package taco seasoning 4 cups pizza sauce 1 small bottle (15 ounces) Western Dressing 40 ounce can mild chili beans 16 ounce container sour cream 1 cup brown sugar 1 pound Velveeta Cheese Salad suggestions: shredded lettuce chopped tomatoes tortilla chips Ranch dressing shredded cheese Brown the hamburger with the onions. Drain the grease well. Stir in all the other ingredients and heat until the cheese is melted. On individual plates, layer the shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, broken tortilla chips, and meat sauce. Drizzle with the Ranch dressing and top with some shredded cheese.
