His Mail-Order Bride Arrived. He Handed Her a Ticket Home.

An original Western fiction story from Dust & Lantern Stories. Vera Bellamy travels west to marry Owen Dacre. He meets her with a ticket home: his shop and their promised rooms have burned. Working together brings them close, until a mistake Owen hides costs Vera more than cloth. A real journey home, a job left behind, and a second arrival decide what they will build. This is original invented fiction with fictional characters and places. Narration and painted illustrations are AI-generated. The film is edited locally with music and gentle camera movement over still artwork.
