She Refused the Ranch Job Unless Her Father Came Too.

Verity Penn needs the ranch job, but she refuses to take it unless her elderly father can stay too. Then a paying guest needs a downstairs room, a fall increases her father's need for help, and the biggest order of her new lunch business leaves without her. Her father starts packing for Monday. Keeping the household together will cost more than a promise. This is original invented fiction with fictional characters and places. Narration and painted illustrations are AI-generated. The film is edited locally with music and gentle camera movement over still artwork.
