Cleveland Way 2026 - Stage 12 - Runswick Bay to Sandsend

@raymondcarrickclevelandwayfare A video journey taken from a first-person perspective, of The Cleveland Way, a long distance National Trail located in North Yorkshire, England. During 2019 and 2020 I set off to do a video record of the entire Cleveland Way to, hopefully, provide any prospective walkers with a informative and up to date guide of the route. I enjoyed it so much I've decided to do the walk again, though this time with the help of my son Tom and a GoPro Max 360 camera. With a higher viewpoint and a 360degree view, it captures more detail of the terrain we are walking through. The new series of videos will also update any changes which have occurred during the last five years and replace some missing sections in the 2019-20 walk. This is the twelth video in this new series, Stage 12 - Runswick Bay to Sandsend. We start at the picture perfect village of Runswick Bay, featured recently on the BBC series, "Villages By The Sea". After a walk along the award winning beach we climb the 225 steps up to High Cliff and from there to the quarry devasted headland of Kettleness Point.
