@raymondcarrickclevelandwayfare A video journey taken from a first-person perspective, of The Cleveland Way, a long distance National Trail located in North Yorkshire, England. During 2019 and 2020 I set off to do a video record of the entire Cleveland Way to, hopefully, provide any prospective walkers with a informative and up to date guide of the route. I enjoyed it so much I've decided to do the walk again, though this time with the help of my son Tom and a GoPro Max 360 camera. With a higher viewpoint and a 360degree view, it captures more detail of the terrain we are walking through. The new series of videos will also update any changes which have occurred during the last five years and replace some missing sections in the 2019-20 walk. This is the eleventh video in this new series, Stage 11 - Staithes to Runswick Bay We start at the former fishing village of Staithes, where Captain James Cook was originally apprenticed, then climb up to Penny Nab for a stunning view of Staithes from the east. Then to the ironstone mining hamlet of Port Mulgrave with its tiny ruined harbour. We end the walk at Runswick Bank Top above the village of Runswick Bay.
