Delicioso quiche de pollo y espinaca / Spinach & chicken quiche

Esta receta es muy fácil por que todos los ingredientes son muy fáciles de encontrar en tu casa. Para la masa: -1 huevo 2.5 cdas. de agua helada -1 1/2 (180gr) de harina todo uso -1/2 cdta. sal 140 gr. de mantequilla fría Para el relleno: -1 taza de tu queso preferido. Yo utilicé mozarella -300 gr. de pollo ya cocinado -1 taza (100 gr.) de espinaca -1 cebolla picadita -2 huevos grandes -3/4 taza de leche -1/2 taza de mayonesa 1/2 taza de vegetales de tu elección -sal y pimienta al gusto ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This recipe is very easy since all the ingredients are very easy to find in your pantry.
